Sacred Lasya adds an additional 300 hours of training to your basic 200 hour certification and is broken down into three training components.

1. 1.Pre-Assignments: 35 hours of home study that include readings, videos, self-reflection, a 15-day committed sadhana, study of postures, and exploration of sanskrit.  
   

2. 2.India Intensive: 200 hours of intensive study in India. For specific details look below.
   

3. 3.Electives: An additional 65 hours of study with approved Sacred Lasya elective programs. If there is a teacher you wish to study with that isn’t listed below we can discuss.
